CTET 2025 : Central Teacher Eligibility Test(CTET) is the eligibility test for recruit the candidates in central Government affiliated schools.The exam is taken to allow candidates who want to make their career in teaching field to fulfill their dream of teaching.The Central Board of Secondary Education CBSE conducts the CTET exam twice in a year(February & July sessions).It is established to control and owns the education system in the affiliated schools. It grants affiliation to the schools across the country and conducts the exam and provides a certificate to the qualified candidates. Eligibility Criteria
Primary Level (Class I-V)
Candidates must have qualified Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed/appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education
or
Candidates must have qualified Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with minimum 45% marks and passed/ appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure)
OR
Candidates must have qualified Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed/ appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). OR Qualified Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed/appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
Graduation/passed/appearing in final year of two year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).
Elementary (Classe VI-VIII)
Graduation/passed/appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known). OR Candidates must have Graduated with at least 50% marks and passed/appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed).
OR
Candidates must have Graduated with minimum 45% marks and passed/appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard.
OR
Qualified Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed/appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
OR
Qualified Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed/appearing in final year of 4- year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed. OR Candidates must have Graduated with at least 50% marks and passed/appearing in 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education)*.
How to Apply Online for CTET 2025 Registration
Aspirants those have been meeting the eligibility criteria those can apply Online CTET 2025 Application Form from the official website. Candidates need to make the Online CTET Registration before filling the form. Aspirants also need to upload the scan copies of documents in form so keep ready them. Candidates have to fill the Online Application from the official website www.ctet.nic.in, and then follow the details below
Step 1 – Filling Application Form
- Visit the official site i.e. ctet.nic.in.
- Click on “Apply for CTET 2025” and you’ll be directed to the application page.
- Enter all the personal, academic, communication details etc. carefully as mentioned in class X certificate.
- Choose 3 prefered exam centers, paper option and language.
- Enter the security text.
Step 2 – Uploading Documents
- Upload scanned images of your passport size photograph and signature in prescribed jpg format.
- After successful uploading of documents, you’ll be redirected to the fee payment page.
Step 3 – Paying Application Fee
- Choose from either online or offline payment method.
- For online payment, select the gateway i.e debit card/ credit card or net banking.
- For offline payment, download e-challan and deposit the application fee in Canara or Syndicate Bank.
Step 4 – Download Confirmation Page
- Filled-in application form and e-receipt of fee payment will appear on the screen.
- Download and print it for future reference.

CTET 2025 Admit Card
Candidates can download the CTET Admit Card through online as per time schedule.Admit card is the essential document which is main element to enter into the examination hall. Otherwise candidate will not be allowed.So candidate needs to download the admit card which contains the candidate’s exam centre,roll number, time of the exam and other information as well. After download the hall ticket, candidate have to check information themselves.Otherwise contact the exam authorities.
CTET 2025 Result
Aspirants can check the CTET Result via online mode according to the schedule.The conducting body will be released results for who have appeared the exam.To know the results,candidate have to logon to official website and enter the exam roll number and date of birth.The CTET Result shows candidate’s results status.It contains marks,rank,cutoff and other details.Candidate must take the print of the result for future reference.
CTET 2025 CutOff
The exam authority will release the CTET CutOff for paper-1 & paper-2 separately in category wise.CutOff is the minimum maks secured by the each candidate to qualify the exam.Based on cutoff, candidate will be eligible for the recruitment.
